
Dover dedicates significant time and resources to training and developing its representatives, to ensure their continued compliance with the Corporations Law and other relevant regulations and that they stay abreast of good practice planning and advice strategies.
Dover training emphasises Corporations Act 2001 compliance, ASIC regulatory guidelines, practice development ideas and, transitioning to the new fee for service model applying to all financial planning practices from 1 July 2012 on.
Dover also emphasizes maintaining, up-dating and deepening professional skills and competencies needed to be a successful financial planner and to run a successful financial planning practice.
All Dover representatives must attend at least two training days a year or otherwise satisfy Dover that comparable training has been completed.
Dover’s offices include dedicated training rooms and related facilities. All training sessions include detailed instruction manuals.
