Dover enjoys the services of a highly qualified and experienced team of executives. The Dover Management Team draws on a wide variety of background and skills to keep Dover running smoothly and our representative's satisfied with our services at all times.

Florence Tee

Flo has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Melbourne University and is a qualified accountant and financial planner.

Flo leads the Dover administration team and is in constant contact with all Dover representatives making sure all payments are made promptly and accurately and Dover keeps running smoothly.

Flo has been with Dover since graduating from Melbourne University many years ago.

Diana Yu

Diane has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Melbourne University and runs our small commission management group and provides insurance support services to Dover representatives who do not do this work themselves. Dianna supervises a small team of administrators who deal with commission reconciliations, bank reconciliations and similar office functions.

Diane has been with Dover since graduating from Melbourne University in 2008, and is a qualified accountant.

Bez Yilmaz

Berivan is a director of the McMasters’ group and has an undergraduate degree in marketing and a master’s degree in accounting from Victoria University. Berivan is an accountant, a financial planner and a licensed real estate agent in both NSW and Victoria as well as being an experienced accountant and financial planner.

Berivan handles property advice work for Dover representatives.

Terry McMaster

Terry has degrees in law and in commerce from Melbourne University and practices as a solicitor, an accountant and a financial planner. Terry started the McMaster and Dover group and is actively involved in the Dover Profit Improvement Program and works closely with representatives to help them get the most from their Dover Experience.

Sean Dwyer

Sean is a director of the McMasters’ group and has degrees in Arts and Economics from Monash University.

Sean is a CPA and is our general manager, and is responsible for all operational matters in both the McMaster and the Dover group of businesses.

Aaron Crosthwaite

Aaron is a qualified accountant with seven years experience in running accounting and financial planning practices. Aaron is currently completing a law degree on a part time basis. Aaron is a member of our audit group and is jointly responsible for making sure our audit program works well and representatives get timely feedback on compliance matters to help them provide better services to their clients.

Jeremy Wong

Jeremy has been with the Dover group since graduated ten years ago with a bachelor of commerce from Melbourne University. Jeremy is a chartered accountant and a financial planner and is the Dover group’s financial controller.

Jeremy is a director of the McMasters’ group and is also the financial controller for the McMasters' group of businesses.
