I have loved reading them and have picked up many worthwhile “tips”.
Your articles on the risk profile and supporting explanation/conversation was pure gold.
So simple and yet so effective, adding only minutes to the process.
Made me feel quite stupid really (in a positive way J); you know that ah ha moment, followed by the “how come I didn’t think of that when it is so obvious?” moment.
The last remnants of the years of institutionalised education!!
