Also it was a pleasure to have a chat with Florence again and to meet the rest of your team.
If you get a chance please acknowledge Amy Kellett as I was very impressed that she responded to an email I sent her yesterday (on a Sunday)
Not many employees (from other companies) would do this and I wasn’t expecting a reply back from her on a weekend.
Anyway, it’s a great example of going the extra mile.
